On the week of November 18, Adams High School held its annual canned food drive to benefit the Rochester Area Neighborhood House.  It was a huge success as we raised about 36,000 cans, exceeding last year’s amount of 28,000.  This is enough food to feed families over the holiday season and into the spring and summer of next year. The competition was extremely high this year as the teachers battled to be the “Hunger Games: Canning Fire” victor and win the “Canley” Cup. The English department triumphed as their tribute, Mr. Lovalvo, collected an almost countless amount of cans. We cannot wait to help the Rochester Area Neighborhood House again next year!
