Rochester Adams Kilt Cast Episode 3
Popular rap artist Juice Wrld has passed away at the age of 21 after he suffered a seizure.
On December 8th, just 6 days after his 21st birthday, rapper and singer Juice Wrld went into a seizure in Chicago’s Midway International Airport and was pronounced dead shortly after being rushed to a nearby hospital. This occurred shortly after he landed in his hometown on his private chartered jet. Born Jarrad Anthony Higgins, Juice Wrld shot to fame with his hit songs “Lucid Dreams” and “All Girls Are The Same”, and has only grown bigger since. He spent multiple weeks in the Billboard Top 10 and Top 40 while garnering millions of followers on social media such as Twitter and Instagram. While there are many theories surrounding his cause of death (see podcast), there is still no official cause of death.
Despite many Adams students growing up in Michigan, the questions of their professional sports teams loyalties is still in the air.
Detroit is one of the few cities in the country with all 4 professional sports teams: Lions (football), Pistons (basketball), Red Wings (hockey), and Tigers (baseball). Success (if any) for these teams came in the early 2000’s, with the exception of the Tigers’ lone appearance in the World Series in 2012; This being before any current students began tuning into pro sports, not many students have been able to enjoy Detroit sports. This begs the question: what teams have Adams students pledged their allegiance to and why?
